Harper is proud to announce that Bryan Royal, Executive Vice President, has received the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Leadership Greenville Distinguished Alumni Award. This honor recognizes graduates of Leadership Greenville who continue to make a meaningful impact in their communities, and Bryan demonstrates that commitment through his leadership and service.
Throughout his 28-year career in construction, Bryan has remained actively involved in professional and civic organizations while helping shape a culture of service at Harper. As Founder and former Vice President of the Environmental Systems Division and now Executive Vice President, he leads by example both inside and outside the company. He also serves as President and Chairman of the Board of Greenville Little League, where he supports a positive, inclusive environment for young athletes and their families. His commitment to giving back is reflected in Harper’s support of organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, and Harvest Hope Food Bank.
Bryan’s passion for strengthening communities is evident in his professional work as well. Since founding Harper’s Environmental Systems Division in 2010, he has led efforts to improve water and wastewater infrastructure for municipalities, supporting long-term growth and sustainability while growing the division to more than 200 employees. His leadership continues to shape both Harper’s success and the communities it serves. Bryan shared, “I am incredibly grateful to receive this recognition from the Greenville Chamber. It’s been a blessing to grow up and spend most of my life in the Upstate. Greenville is a special community filled with people who genuinely care about each other, and I’m proud to call it home.” Congratulations to Bryan on this well-deserved recognition.
