In 2025, Tyler Fletcher joined Harper and brings more than 10 years of industry experience to his role as a Business Development Manager. A graduate of USC Upstate with a project management and leadership background, Tyler understands how to balance the big picture with the details that matter most to clients. He has built strong relationships across industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, commercial real estate, development, and lending, by focusing on clear communication and trust throughout every stage of a project. At Harper, Tyler leverages this solutions-driven and detail-oriented mindset to connect with clients, strengthen partnerships, and support successful project outcomes. Tyler is also active outside of work, including coaching youth soccer, serving in his local church, and spending time with his wife and three children.
