In 2026, Bryan assumed the role of CEO & President. Bryan has been at the forefront of Harper’s success and future planning, founding our Environmental Systems Division in 2010 and helping grow it into a significant part of our business. He brings a unique and entrepreneurial mindset to their leadership team, while approaching the work with the same values that have guided Harper for generations: investing in people, building relationships, thinking strategically, and never losing sight of our mission.
