Alex Houck approaches every project with an ownership mindset and a strong commitment to his clients’ success. He manages each job as if it were his own, paying close attention to the small details and ensuring owners feel comfortable and confident in Harper’s ability to deliver a successful outcome. Alex has a strong technical understanding of construction and the risks and challenges that can arise during the process. His honesty, transparency, communication skills, attentiveness, and fairness make him a trusted partner. In addition, Alex volunteers with Young Life in his free time and has served as Project Manager for Pontiac Elementary School, a CMAA Award–winning project.
