Harper was selected to construct additions and renovations to three schools for Yancey County Schools: Cane River Middle School, Blue Ridge Elementary School, and Burnsville Elementary School. Blue Ridge Elementary gained a 22,365 SF addition, Cane River Middle received an addition, and a 26,188 SF addition was constructed at Burnsville Elementary. These projects included selective demolition, grading, paving, and all components to construct and renovate new classrooms, bathrooms, and storage rooms, which included new and modifications to the MEP and sprinkler systems at the schools.
