Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to construct a new, single story 4,717 SF theatre on an active K-12 campus. The theatre is equipped with a lobby, restrooms, 2,760 SF theatre space, a green room, dressing rooms, and storage spaces. The building is constructed using wood framing and steel structures, with cement siding and a brick skin.
