Harper is partnering with the University of South Carolina to complete a comprehensive renovation of Woodrow College, a 30,900 SF historic residence hall on campus. The scope includes floor plan reconfiguration, replacement of interior finishes, complete M-E-P FP systems, abatement, new mechanical basement addition, slate roof replacement, and exterior rehabilitation of its historic envelope.
