Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk for the new Pickens Hall at Tri-County Technical College. The scope of work includes a complete demolition of the existing Pickens Hall Building, site work, site improvements, underground utilities, and building a new two-story 50,000 SF replacement facility. The interior consists of 50 faculty offices and suites, 15 classrooms and labs, a coffee/snack bar, common spaces, huddle spaces, monumental stairs, accent walls, numerous wall graphics, and storefront systems, LVT, and polished concrete flooring. This building is constructed of conventional structural steel framing and a brick veneer, metal panel, and storefront facade. We are aiming to achieve Two Green Globes for this project.
