The City of Travelers Rest selected Harper to serve as the CM At-Risk for preconstruction and construction for their new municipal campus located in Trailblazer Park. The complex includes a 17,000 SF City Hall building and a 3,000 SF public works facility. The City Hall houses city government offices, the police department, emergency dispatch, a municipal court, and a visitor’s center area. Constructed with a combination of structural steel, structural CMU, metal stud framing, bar joists, and wood roof trusses, the municipal building is an aesthetically appealing addition to the town. Harper also oversaw sitework on the project included grading, utilities, development of site parking, hardscape, driveways, and landscaping.
