Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk for the renovations of the Peace Center in downtown Greenville, SC. The project involved repurposing and combining the historic Gullick and Markley buildings on South Main Street adjacent to the Gunter Theatre to create new performance, education and artist housing spaces while preserving the venue’s historical significance to the City of Greenville. The Mockingbird listening room, located on the street level, offers a relaxed, sophisticated, lounge-like setting. The education space and artist housing is situated above on the second floor.
