Harper was selected as the Construction Manager At-Risk to construct a new, single story event center with a partial basement at the Charles Lea Nature Center. The project includes a single story open air large pavilion & single story open air small pavilion, and a single story bath house. The scope includes select clearing of the site for an asphalt drive, parking lot, sidewalks, boardwalks and nature trails.
