Harper completed a 3,800 SF shell and interior upfit in the Pelham Road shopping center for SPENGA. The studio is the first of its kind, introducing a combination of spin, strength, and yoga programs. The scope of work for the upfit included layout and coordination of owner-supplied items, including casework and fitness equipment. Finishes throughout the space included flooring, painting, accessories, as well as MEP fixtures and systems.
