Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to construct a 63,324 SF addition to the east side of Southside Christian School. The addition includes classroom neighborhoods for kindergarten through 5th grade, an art room, music room, multi-purpose rooms, and a band room. Each classroom neighborhood includes four classrooms, a common area, and a therapy room. Harper constructed a new interior stairwell to connect to the existing school as well as an exterior stairwell for emergency egress. Construction included new car lanes, access roads, parking spaces, and stormwater management.
