The Harper team completed a new elevated water tank and wells in Wilmington, NC. The Scotts Hill project helps bring more water to Pender County by adding three new water wells as well as a 500,000-gallon elevated tank, standing more than 150’ tall. This increases the water supply by about 750,000 gallons per day to keep up with population growth and infrastructure in Pender County.
