Harper was selected as the Design-Build partner for Phase I and II of the TI shell building for RTCO. Phase I included MEPF design for a 3,343 SF office space with a 1,500 compressor room, a 1,900 SF water cooling room, and a 300 SF driver settlement office for truckers. Phase II of the project included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design to support the installation of owner provided injection molding and chiller equipment.
