Harper has been selected as CM At-Risk for a 28,000 SF addition to Ralph Chandler Middle School, expanding the campus with new educational and support spaces designed to meet the needs of a growing student population. The scope of work for this project includes the replacement of existing rooftop HVAC units, as well as renovations to existing classrooms, restrooms, and locker areas. Construction is being carefully phased within an active school environment to maintain campus operations.
