Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk for the new Legacy Charter K-8 School in Greenville, South Carolina. The 186,901 SF new facility will accommodate a growing student population for the charter school. The new facility will feature classrooms, learning commons, office and administration space, a media center, gymnasium, locker rooms, student dining area, cafeteria, a music wing, and labs. The scope will also include site work.
