Harper was selected as the prime contractor and CM At-Risk to construct a new 125,000 SF elementary school for Spartanburg District 7. The scope includes classrooms, a music wing, a cafeteria, a multi-purpose room, a playground and courtyard areas, an outdoor learning space, art rooms, an administrative suite, restrooms, a bus loop, and parking.
