Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to complete the new 200,000 SF Indoor Sports Complex and Outdoor Recreation Amenities facility. The site will feature a multi-purpose sports field, walking trails, a modern playground, extensive parking, and enhanced landscaping, all designed to create an engaging and family-friendly environment. The facility will feature a spacious lobby and reception area, as well as fitness and exercise studios equipped with cutting-edge golf and multi-sport simulators. Additionally, it will include a full-service kitchen, bar, and casual dining area, a large and flexible community room, office suites, and dedicated shell space for a potential future tenant. The upper-level will feature an elevated perimeter walking track, offering panoramic views of the competition courts below. Spectator seating, concessions, additional restrooms, and team rooms will be positioned along this level, with a central viewing bridge that bisects the court layout—offering unparalleled visibility for tournaments and events. The lower level houses the heart of the facility: a main gym with 8 full-size basketball courts or 16 volleyball courts, an auxiliary gymnasium, expanded tiered seating and restrooms, locker rooms, team support spaces, and a secure receiving and loading area for operations and event logistics.
The building’s structure will feature load-bearing architectural precast panels combined with structural steel framing. A signature barrel roof design will span the main gym, enhancing both aesthetics and acoustics. The façade will incorporate architectural brick inlays for a high-end finish. The exterior scope includes landscaping, a covered entry plaza, and an innovative underground stormwater retention system beneath the parking area.
