Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to renovate and expand the existing FBO Terminal Facility at GSP Airport. The project included expanding the existing FBO building to 10,785 SF, renovating the existing FBO building, adding approximately 75 new parking spaces, and sitework and utilities. The renovation included high-end finishes and fixtures that required extensive preplanning for installation. This was an active campus project with many premium FBO services for private and corporate aviation clients coming and going.
