Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to return to Fountain Inn High School for the construction of a new addition, following the successful completion of the original 230,000 SF school in 2021. The scope of work included a new 94,000 SF addition designed to accommodate 1,000 additional students. The two-story addition contained thirty-five classrooms, two science labs, faculty offices, a new guidance suite, and other support spaces. Additional work included renovations and expansions to the football stadium, new faculty parking, new student parking, and new tennis courts. All construction was performed on an active school site, requiring tight logistics and planning to ensure student safety and uninterrupted school operations.
