Harper was selected to build a 436,800 SF cross-dock speculative facility on 67 acres in the Fort Prince Commerce Center in Spartanburg, SC designed by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture. The facility was constructed of load-bearing tilt-wall concrete panels and include 100 dock doors. The cross-dock functionality includes forward-thinking design elements with a focus on both form and function with excellent Interstate I-85 visibility.
