Harper was selected to provide preconstruction and construction services for the new Crescent Middle School for Anderson School District Three. This new 150,000 SF middle school is designed to accommodate approximately 1,000 students and reflects the District’s commitment to long-term growth, campus cohesion, and providing state-of-the-art educational facilities that support student success.
The facility will feature modern learning environments, collaborative educational spaces, administrative offices, dining facilities, and athletic and support areas designed to meet the evolving needs of students and staff.
Harper worked closely with the District and design team throughout the planning and preconstruction process to evaluate options, establish budgets, and develop a project plan that aligns with the District’s vision. Through proactive collaboration and detailed planning, Harper is helping deliver a high-quality facility that will serve the community for generations to come.
