Harper was selected as the CM At Risk for the historical renovation of the Coach Music Factory. This renovation includes converting an existing building into a music hall containing a stage, three bars, terrace and patio, restrooms, main lobby, lounge open to the below entertainment area, and a green room. The third floor consists of a hall with a new construction restroom hall and lobby areas abutting the existing building.
