Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to renovate the exterior facade of 300 East McBee, a 165,000 SF office space located in downtown Greenville. The renovation included a partial interior renovation of commercial office space within the existing office building, an update to the exterior entryway, removal of the existing drive-thru bank teller lanes, and the creation of a new exterior stairwell. The renovation transforms the Broad District landmark as a bustling community hub, equipped with retail shops, exterior plaza seating, and redesigned office spaces.
