Downtown Greenville’s skyline welcomed this 125,000 SF state-of-the-art building, including six-stories of Class-A office space and a premier 7,000 SF indoor/outdoor rooftop event space. This stunning building is expected to achieve LEED® Silver certification for its strides in sustainability and the adjacent five-story parking garage Harper constructed was awarded the SC Chapter of American Public Works Association Project of the Year.

Harper honored the design team’s desire for high-level finishes, resulting in a one-of-a-kind building, which helped the owner lease the tenant spaces prior to the project’s completion. The office building houses EP+Co., an award-winning, full-service advertising agency, which achieved LEED® Certification for its sustainable construction of its space. The elite roster of tenants also encompasses Cherry Bekaert, Parker Poe, Hughes Commercial Properties, and Hughes Agency, all well-respected entities in the region. Last, but certainly not least, Avenue, the 7,000 SF indoor/outdoor rooftop venue, completes the space.

Additional benefits of this urban infill project include the conversion and beautification of adjacent areas beneath the Church Street Bridge that attaches the area to the local pedestrian and biking community.
