The ENR Top Young Professionals program acknowledges rising stars in the construction industry under the age of 40, highlighting individuals who combine excellence in project delivery with leadership, innovation, and community involvement.

Since joining Harper as a co-op student while at Clemson University and progressing through roles from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and now to Office Director, Anthony has demonstrated a deep commitment to delivering value for our clients and building up our communities. In his current role leading our South Carolina Coastal operations, Anthony is responsible for growing the firm’s Environmental Systems presence across our two regional offices in Charleston and Conway, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that our projects leave a legacy of positive impact on the region.

At Harper, our mission is to build up our communities, clients, and each other by building trust into everything we do. Anthony’s recognition is a reflection of Harper’s culture of developing talent, delivering excellence, and creating meaningful impact across the Southeast. Please join us in congratulating Anthony on being named a 2026 ENR Top Young Professional.

We look forward to his continued leadership and the many ways he will help Harper build up our clients and communities.
