Travis Bailey

Travis Bailey has spent over half of his 21-year career with Harper. He studied at the Virginia Military Institute, earning a degree in Economics and Business in 2002 and later earned a Master of Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina. Travis has the education, technical skills, and hands-on experience in construction management, which has established him as a trusted and effective leader. He is primarily located in our Conway office and has a background in Environmental Systems Projects across North and South Carolina. His comprehensive knowledge of the complex construction industry, proven ability as a team leader in various projects, and demonstrated commitment to success led to his most recent promotion as General Superintendent.
