After an extensive career in healthcare administration, Sara Moss joined Harper in 2019 and brought with her a wealth of management, accounting, research, and communication skills. Today, she is a Business Development Manager for Harper’s Environmental Systems Division with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure. Sara’s role includes conducting market and customer research to identify opportunities and drive business growth as well as building, managing, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and peers. Sara assists with providing educational resources and presentations regarding alternative delivery procurement and funding sources and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Her professional association includes participation with several organizations including North Carolina Rural Water Association, NC One Water, and the Design-Build Institute of America.
