Beginning as a Project Administrator in 2015, Megan developed strong skills in supporting the operations team on their projects. Using this knowledge as a foundation, Megan has continued to learn and practice all critical administration elements, including risk management, legal processes, and negotiations, leading to her promotion in 2024 to our Director of Administrative Services, leading the administration team company wide.

In her new role, Megan focuses on ensuring consistency across her team of administrators, building relationships with clients and trade partners through clear communication, and mitigating risk exposure as Harper continues to grow. She prioritizes being a resource for support, guidance, and trust for trade partners, clients, and her team. Megan has demonstrated her commitment to continuously working to educate herself in laws, regulations, funding requirements, state-specific regulations, and team leadership practices during her 10 years at Harper.
