Kate Dotten-Holder

Kate brings 10 years of water and wastewater construction experience to her role as Regional Director, Charlotte. Kate has spent her career in the Carolinas building relationships with local subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design teams. She enjoys engaging in each project’s unique challenges with creativity and collaboration. As the Regional Director, Kate approaches her role with an enthusiasm for teamwork and a dedication to understanding clients’ needs in order to exceed expectations.
