The project featured significant modifications to the existing Woodruff lagoon treatment facility to address the need for increased flexibility and a more technologically advanced wastewater treatment process. Improvements included a new headworks structure with mechanical bar screening, influent pump station modifications, conversion of the existing treatment lagoons to EQ, including aeration system and new baffling, as well as miscellaneous electrical, SCADA, site civil and administrative building improvements.
