Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to deliver a world-class school to the Woodruff community, and it will be the new Woodruff High School. The school will span over 252,000 SF of state-of-the-art learning spaces, including a 2,500 person – basketball gymnasium, auditorium, band and orchestra rooms, classroom, and laboratory spaces. This project includes logging 82 acres on 108-acre site and over 1,000,000 CY of earthwork. Portions of the building pad are on 30’+ of fill.
