The property at 2721 White Horse Road spans 45 acres and has undergone a transformation, which includes the construction of two new industrial buildings. The first building, measuring 306,000 square feet, was completed within six months. The second building, with a size of 234,000 square feet, was finished in September 2016. Harper served as the Construction Manager for both projects and also provided value engineering services to enhance the overall project.
