Wesley Commons

Harper has performed various projects across the Wesley Common Master Planned Community since February 2022. This work has included tenant space upfits, utility upgrades/repairs, emergency repairs, site work, civil scaping, common space renovations, and unit renovations. Projects throughout the community require extra care and consideration for community members. Additionally, construction projects must be completed without interrupting the normal day-to-day activities throughout the community. Harper has provided 24/7 emergency response options for the community to address construction and maintenance issues as soon as they arise. Most importantly, Harper has proven our ability to be an adaptable contractor that is focused on meeting our customer’s needs. Wesley Commons is a unique situation with atypical requirements for contractors, and we continually go above and beyond to ensure those are met.
