Harper was selected to perform the improvements to the existing Waynesville wastewater treatment plant. The scope of work includes CIP headworks, new disc filters and associated canopy, rehabilitation of the existing aeration basins’ equipment, a conversion of the existing blower room to a chemical storage room, rehabilitation of the existing rectangular secondary clarifiers, existing sludge thickeners, and existing belt presses.
