Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to renovate an existing two-story building for multiple tenants supporting the Upstate Warrior Solution. Harper completed early, selective demolition to the interior of the building in February 2022. Renovation work began in June 2022 and will include office space, meeting spaces, break areas, restrooms with showers, kitchen, gym/exercise room, as well as updated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical scopes.
