Harper was selected to serve as the CM At-Risk for the construction of the new United Community Bank Headquarters in downtown Greenville, SC.
The scenic downtown site sits on an outcropping of rock perched over beautiful Falls Park. This 200,000 SF facility features three parking levels and 117,000 SF of Class A office space. There is also a flagship branch bank that extends from the office footprint to welcome the UCB customers. The striking façade is primarily glass curtain wall with terracotta and ACM accents. The interior space is highlighted with a grand monumental stair. There are also multiple terraces to allow the occupants to further take in the views.
