Located in the heart of downtown Greenville, the new United Community Bank Headquarters is a testament to the city’s growing economy and thriving community. The building is a 200,000 SF facility, with three levels of parking and 117,000 SF of Class A office space. It also includes 4th and 7th-floor roof terraces with seating, fire pits, and stunning views of the downtown Greenville skyline and Falls Park.
The building was designed with high-end features and materials sourced from around the world. The floor tile came from Italy, the terracotta from Portugal and Germany, and the wall coverings were selected from Holland. Local artists contributed blown glass teardrops for the ceiling accents, and the stair treads were made from mahogany wood. The building is designed to meet WELL Building Standard ™, the first building of its kind in the state to hold this designation.
