Harper was chosen as the CM At-Risk to oversee the construction of a 217,000 square-foot speculative building at the Southchase campus. The project scope included site work such as paving, parking, and the construction of an access road, as well as a central fire pump building and erosion control measures. Additional tasks included the erection of tilt walls, roofing installation, door and docking bay setup, as well as structural engineering and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
