Harper was selected to provide design and construction services for the new Softbox Systems, Inc. headquarters in Greenville, SC. For over 20 years Softbox has been producing award-winning temperature control packaging. To support the innovator’s growth, the new two-story facility accommodates Class-A corporate offices, a testing lab, and manufacturing and shipping bays. The 66,000 SF industrial building consists of load-bearing concrete Tilt-Up wall panels with structural steel framing and a single-ply roof system.
