“This was our first CM at risk project and it was a very favorable experience thanks to the Harper Team. Much of our project took place during the COVID-19 shutdown. [They] not only managed to deliver a superior building, but did so without complaint and in advance of the deadline.”
Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk for a new 28,000 SF Environmental and Sustainability Services Building for Greenville County Schools and Roper Mountain Science Center. The goal of this facility is to become a symbol of environmental stewardship, sustainability, and education for Upstate citizens.
The top floor of the facility features a lobby, a pledge wall, and three classrooms for in-depth learning labs. In addition, it also includes a 1,200 SF orientation space with a history of the Roper Mountain Science Center, a habitat overview, and a digital interactive map of the Upstate.
