“Harper’s team has worked hard to be transparent and honest. We have gained a great appreciation for the quality, expertise, and effectiveness that Harper delivers to the construction industry. Without fail, they continuously provided us with timely data, pricing, and options that allowed us to stay on time and within budget. We always feel part of the same team with the same priorities throughout the project.”
