Harper has completed various small projects, emergency repairs, and routine maintenance for OJRSA since 2019. These scopes of work have included: concrete crack repairs via crack injection, emergency force main repairs, replacement of high service pumps and the installation of numerous pieces of process equipment such as: clarifiers, grit classifiers, mechanical bar screens, meters, valves, etc. Most all of these scopes require collaboration with plant staff, equipment vendors, and numerous trade partners.
