Harper was selected to provide design and construction services for the Monroe Speculative Building located adjacent to I-385 and I-185. This 156,000 SF Tilt-Up building is located in Simpsonville, SC and sits on a 12.5-acre site that features interstate frontage and expandable tractor-trailer parking. During construction, Harper was awarded the warehousing tenant improvement for Trane Residential which featured full dock equipment packages, LED high-bay lighting, and various infrastructure upgrades to handle the technology needs of the tenant.
