Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk for an industrial building in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The scope of work performed at the 200,000 square foot facility included sitework, concrete finishing, structural steel, roofing, docking bay doors, 200 parking spaces, fire suppression, and all associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
