Harper has partnered with Renewable Water Resources on over 100 projects over the past decade. Since 2022, our team has performed numerous improvements and upgrades to the Mauldin Road plant. For the demolition and window replacement, our team removed and installed windows on several buildings including the utility, filtration, and lab facilities. For these buildings, Harper supervised the removal of existing roof and insulation down to decking, including installation and furnishing of a new roof. We also pressure washed and point and patched exterior brick, and installed a new bathroom. Harper also cut out a new opening and installed a new basement door in the Gatehouse as well as sandblasting the interior brick at the old building behind the lab.
