This facility is an 85,000 SF, three-story internal medicine practice that includes a lobby, exam rooms, CT scans, X-Ray, bone density nuclear camera, and infusion area. The structure was constructed for one of the largest medical groups in the Upstate that offers multi-specialty patient care. The floor plan is arranged in a Suite Treatment configuration for efficient patient services. This project was constructed through partnering sessions with Internal Medicine Associates of Greenville, LS3P Neal Prince, and subcontractor teams. The facility was completed 1 ½ months early and under budget. Harper has been awarded the preconstruction & construction of a second IMA Building that will house multiple tenants and healthcare specialties. This project was constructed through partnering sessions with the Owners, Design Team, General Contractor, and Subcontractor teams.
