Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to construct a new, precast eight story parking garage for Greenville County Square Development on the former Greenville County offices site. The project scope includes relocation of several new utilities, construct a 35’ tall soil nail wall, manage approximately 40,000 cubic yards of soil export, and install aggregate pier deep foundations.
