Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to renovate an 80,000 SF former call center space into a new charter school. The new GREEN Upstate High School consists of over 40 classrooms, a cafeteria, a teacher lounge, a media center, theater and music rooms, robotics labs, science labs, a computer lab, and administration offices. The grade school will host grades 9-12.
This project was completed on a very short schedule and required very close coordination with the Owner, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate a safe and successful project.
