Harper was selected as the CM At-Risk to complete the renovations of two existing dorm buildings on Furman University’s campus: Poteat/McGlothlin (61,073SF) and Manly/Geer (59,875SF). The renovation included the full interior demolition of both dorm buildings and the complete upfit of each. The project was completed in three phases: Phase 1 is Poteat/McGlothin, Phase 2 is Manly/Geer, and Phase 3 is the demolition of the existing Blackwell dorm and the associated site work with the project.
